Project | 01 Mechano-chemical synthesis of low cost and Efficient Perovskite Solar cells

Organo-lead halide perovskites have emerged as promising light harvesting materials for solar cells.

Our research is focused on:

  • Development of lead, mix organohalide and pseudo-halide 2D perovskites by Mechano-chemical synthesis method.

  • Understanding of Open-Circuit Voltage, Recombination, Ideality Factor and Subgap Defect States in Perovskite Solar Cells

  • Development of composites of perovskites and metal oxides nanoparticles

  • Measuring the performances of devices under complex conditions of temperature, humidity and light soaking.
